Shipping Polices

Our shipping procedures are compliant with Dangerous Goods Shipping Policies and Procedures.

All Orders will be recorded delivery depending on the type of products being ordered. Orders will dispatched when full payment is received. Tracking number will be provided on request in order for you to track your package online. All orders shipped will take 7 – 10 working days.

Shipping must be prepaid in advance.

We are not responsible for any items lost and delayed in transit unless insurance and extra payment is paid for in advance.

Purchaser is fully responsible to provide correct delivery address. In case of order been undelivered due to incorrect address supply and has been returned to BrillBird South East UK, we will resend orders at extra postage costs paid by purchaser. In case of order been lost due to incorrect address supply, payments made for order will not be refunded.

The time of shipping will be delayed if the ordered items are out of stock. We will notify the customer in regards to delivery times for such items.

Return Policies

Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase. No returns accepted after 7 days of receipt of goods and strictly no returns on sale items.

If you receive a product which has been damaged during transit or is faulty please notify us immediately within 48 hours of receiving the goods, no refund or replacements for faulty or damaged items will be granted after 7 days period. Proof of damage (photo/video) must be available on request.

For any refunds or exchanges the original receipt must be presented. Refunds/exchanges are only accepted if the goods are returned in unopened and unused condition.

All electrical equipment comes with 6 months warranty, and will be serviced or exchanged on an individual basis.

Refunds/exchanges will, only apply to the goods bought directly from BrillBird South East UK.

Please select your items of purchase carefully. We accept no responsibility for incorrect ordering. Should you need more information about any of our products please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help. All our products will be thoroughly checked and packaged prior to posting to avoid damage to the sent goods.

Once a purchase has been made and paid for, and goods are received in good working condition, used or unwanted items will not be eligible for refund. Any goods requiring return via post or courier will incur freight charges on the purchaser. The seller accepts no responsibility for those items lost in transit.  It is recommended that a receipt of posting is obtained and it is the buyer responsibility to ensure adequate insurance is purchased to cover the items being returned. Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle the buyer to a full credit/refund.
